We’ve designed the program to be practical and achievable, yet transformative in nature so you can achieve the greatest return on your investment. Participants in our program should anticipate around
2–4 hours per week on people and performance-related activities that will help you map, track, and improve.
Key Inclusions of our program include:
- Three 2-day Intensive in-person workshops per annum where you will work on your business strategy, organisational alignment, accountability and workflow rhythms and people performance. Dates for the Live Intensives are Tuesday's and Wednesday's. The first one is August 19 and 20, 2025 followed by December 2 and 3, 2025. 2026 Dates are April 21 and 22 August 11 and 12 and December 15 and 16.
