The first 30 days

Using the PCA Founder Audit and DayMaker Method, you will identify where your time, energy and leadership attention are unintentionally slowing the business down. Defining your North Star
Using the North Star Bot, our custom-built AI that walks you through Vision, Goals, Values and the Processes and Projects to deliver them, you will create practical clarity around direction, priorities and leadership standards across the business. No fluffy vision statements. Just a clean operational North Star your team can actually follow, pressure-tested against your competitors and against realistic achievement.

The investment
Because every business joins the Academy at a different stage and chooses a different pathway, we set the investment together in your initial Fit Conversation. We will map your business against the three pathways (Essentials, Signature or Partner) and confirm the one that delivers the highest return for where you are today.
Many members recoup their investment inside the first 30 days through the Bootcamp alone. We do not guarantee income. That would be irresponsible. What we do know is what is possible with the right system and the right support.
